This sea turtle was injured by a boat, and it’s rear legs and buoyancy were permanently affected. It’s found a permanent home at the Shedd aquarium. It seems to be quite happy, but needs to rest every once in a while. It does that by lodging itself under a rock, since it’s rear end floats upwards.

A rule of thumb – if there is a long line-up of locals on a consistent basis, check the place out. Garrett’s qualifies. Multilple locations, every single one had a line-up 20 or 30 people long whenever we went past. We checked it out the other night. Caramel corn mixed with cheese popcorn is the specialty. Pretty yummy. Definitely worth waiting in line.
